Cot Setup – Job Description
(5-6 needed for Setup)

1 to 1.5 hours

Cot Setup:

Arrive by 10:30 AM on Monday. You will be unloading the truck with cots, bins, luggage and other items that belong to the guests. Each guest family has at least one big wardrobe box. These items will all be brought into the Vista Room from the truck. We will NOT attempt to setup individual spots for families, as they will do that and choose where they want to be when they come in Monday evening.


Cot Takedown – Job Description
(5-6 needed for Takedown)

1 to 1.5 hours

Cot Takedown:

Arrive at 8:45 AM the Monday of departure. Most of the guests’ belongings will already be packed, lined up in the foyer of the Vista Room ready to be loaded on the truck. Be ready to load the items when the truck arrives to take our guest’s belongings to the next shelter. Search all the Vista Room to make sure everything is put on the truck.
